Spinel, often called the imposter stone, most frequently occurs in red shades and is mistaken for rubies. The “black prince” ruby in the crown jewels was recently found to be a spinel. Spinels have fooled even notable royal buyers. Our lab-created blue spinel radiates with the same glimmer as blue diamonds but at a fraction of the cost.

The pendant is two carats of lab-created blue spinel set in sterling silver and framed with 1/2 ctw of DiamondAuras and clings to an 18" sterling silver chain.
