I never walk into a museum, palace or cathedral with the intention to steal. It just happens. Inspiration and beauty is everywhere. You can’t blame me for wanting to bring back just a little bit. I’m famous for pillaging exhibitions, palaces and historic places. Honestly, I’ll raid anything for the right piece of design inspiration. This time I took a whole building.
The spark for our Rotonda DiamondAura® Pendant/Brooch came directly from drawings by the famous Renaissance architect, Andrea Palladio. Palladio was famous for his grandeur and symmetry, creating lush country villas for wealthy Italians. But while our friend built his masterpieces out of brick and stone, we crafted ours in brilliant, lab-created DiamondAura and shimmering .925 sterling silver. We packed over 250 dazzling rounds into a setting inspired by his architectural plans. And as every architect knows, form and function must work hand in hand, so we added a pin to the pendant so you can also wear it as a brooch. Chain not included.
