The smartest watch on Wall Street

Inspired by classic banker’s timepieces

Looking for some investment advice? Check the wrists of the sharpest folks in finance. They know that money spent on an expensive watch doesn’t compound or earn interest. If you really want to make a smart financial statement, skip the overpriced luxury logo and invest in the Stauer® Buttonwood Watch. Make it yours today and find out why it’s been called “The Smartest Watch on Wall Street.”

In 1792, investors gathered beneath a buttonwood tree to organize what would become the New York Stock Exchange. But our watch owes more than just its name to history. Its design recalls a vintage banker’s timepiece popular at the turn of the 20th century. Today, those important antiques routinely sell for thousands at auction (we found one that sold for $13,350). But with this exclusive over, the Buttonwood is making financial headlines all over again!

The Buttonwood’s honeycomb dial is set within a stainless steel case finished with rose gold and a hobnail-patterned bezel. Its onion crown and padded genuine black leather band (with white stitching) add to the classic design. Fits wrists size 6 ½"–8 ½". When a combination of form and function like the Stauer Buttonwood comes along, it’s an insider tip worth sharing.

very good Buttonwood

I love the size of the face this watch. Easy to read time for those of us whose reading eyesight is starting to deteriorate. I might like to see the watch with different coloured hands to make them a bit easier to see under poor lighting conditions however that might cheapen the look of this classy looking watch. My one real gripe is that the claim is that the watch will fit wrists up to 8.5 inches. My wrist is 7.25 inches and I can barely get this watch around my wrist. I may have to replace the strap but it is a very nice strap so I am relunctant to do so.I do think the watch is worth purchasing and is a great value.

Luxurious!

Two words come to mind when describing this watch; luxurious and excellent. I like the large date and roman numerals because they are easy to read.

The watch I wear the most

This is my third Stauer watch. Having already purchased the Dashtronic and Bienne, I knew I would be getting a beautiful, dependable watch at a great price -- and what a price! From the rose gold bezel, to the bold black Roman numerals, to the cream face, to the gold little S for Stauer on the second hand, this is a watch that captivates, that catches the eye and holds it there. This is one of the classiest watches I have ever seen. With its nicely sized face, it is also easy to read. However, I think the fact that it is so comfortable to wear that I forget I have it on that makes me so often pick this over the other two Stauer beauties I own. In fact I liked it so much, I bought two more to give as Christmas presents.

Buttonwood

I worked at Waikiki Tiffany here in Hawaii as a senior/Operations Manager and everyone who walks through the door as k me if it's a Tiffany's, I tell them it's better, the warranties on Tiffany's don't live up to what they tell potential customers, warranties' and honoring them is very important to the Japanese and other customers. We have had turn around time of 3 to 4 months. I told them if Stauer can't fix it, they will send you a new one. They said Thank you for the info, quality is the answer not the name. J.k. Hawaii...one time in the Ocean w/ Tiffany's....gone.
