Star-spangled salute to freedom
Let your patriotism shine with diamonds in red, white & blue
Things weren’t looking good for America. Just weeks after the British had attacked Washington, D.C. during the War of 1812— burning the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and the U.S. Treasury in the process— they bombarded Fort McHenry in Baltimore Harbor with shells and rockets for over 25 hours. Witnessing the massive attack, American lawyer Francis Scott Key was certain the British would prevail, but when the smoke cleared by “the dawn’s early light” on Sept. 14, 1814, he saw that the American flag still flew over the fort, announcing our victory. It was this feat of American grit that inspired Key to pen “The Star-Spangled Banner,” our country’s national anthem.
In a salute to freedom and American patriots of all generations, we’ve crafted the Star-Spangled Diamond Pin. Featuring a treasure trove of red, white and blue diamonds gently enhanced to bring out their best color, this pin is made of .925 sterling silver fi nished with rhodium. Th ese colors don’t run, and neither do we.
