You might think I’m crazy, but I swear I’m telling the truth: Italians love scarves. I don’t just mean during the cold winter months that we normally associate with scarf-wearing. Year-round! A man wearing a T-shirt or button-up with a thin scarf around his neck? It’s a common sight.

Because of this trend, I sought out the best scarves that boot-shaped country had to offer on my last trip. Together with Daniele, the head of my office in Arrezzo, I met with the finest scarf makers in Italy.
