Known to associates as Marco, the suspect is 14-karat-gold, made in Italy, and said to be valued at less than $400. This obviously can’t be true because an Italian-made gold ring should cost much, much more.

Distinguishing features of Marco include a dual-texture face design. Information from undercover informants indicated this look was achieved via an advanced diamond-cutting technique. One side is grooved and gold, the other silvery and rough.
