Sleeping Beauty's secret
Discover a rare turquoise icon before it's lost forever
The rarest and most valuable turquoise is found right here in the American Southwest — but one turquoise mine stands out above all others. Located near Globe, Arizona, the legendary Sleeping Beauty mine is named after the mountain range where it is located, which, from a distance, is said to resemble a sleeping woman with her arms crossed. When it comes to turquoise, Sleeping Beauty is in a class by itself. As one of the only varieties known for having little or no matrix, the classic robin’s egg blue hue represents the ideal turquoise color for many gem connoisseurs.
But supply of this turquoise icon is diminishing by the day. The mine closed production in 2012 and collectors have been snatching up what little supply is left. Through our deep connections in the American turquoise industry we were able to secure an incredible parcel of Sleeping Beauty — but we know this won’t last long. Don’t miss your chance to own what many industry experts consider the most significant gem find in the U.S.!
