Natrolite is exactly that kind of find. First found in 2020 on Nusa Kambangan Island in Indonesia, this unique gemstone quickly caught the attention of the gem trade. While technically from a different mineral class, natrolite quickly earned the nickname “pink larimar” due to its similarity to the legendary blue gem from the Dominican Republic. Natrolite has a surprisingly similar natural pattern — but in a completely different palette. Instead of Larimar’s ocean blues, natrolite reveals soft blush, rose and creamy white tones, arranged in dreamy, swirling patterns.
