The Stone Found in Orbit!

This Italian-made collection is literally revolutionary

Today, we take for granted that the Earth revolves around the sun, but that wasn’t always the case. It took a brilliant, brave man to prove that we weren’t the center of it all. That man’s name was Nicolaus Copernicus.

Until Copernicus, everyone believed that the Earth was the center of the universe, with the sun, moon and stars revolving around it. In the 1500s, Copernicus proved them all wrong. Though he built his own observatory, he had very basic tools, lacking even a telescope. Still, Copernicus persevered, even though his seminal 1543 work “On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres” was banned by the church for 300 years.

In honor of the achievements of the Father of Modern Astronomy, we give you the Copernicus Ruby Root Earrings, jewelry that places the world’s best-known and best-loved red gem into orbit. This jewelry is finished with 18 karat yellow gold and made in Italy by the finest artisans the country has to offer. It’s a stylish way to tell the woman you love that she’s the star of your heart.

Copernicus’ achievement was literally revolutionary. Take a hint from the King of the Cosmos and show you love her to the moon and back.
