The phrase “ a lively heart” in Italy refers to the emotional center of a community. Many towns have a lively heart location where families and friends gather in the soul of their town. The laugh and tell stories and play with grandchildren. It’s what keeps a good community alive. When we designed this heart, it almost came alive for me and reminded me of the heart and soul of our community. I hope you feel the same way because friends, neighbors and family is what this world is all about.
